It’s a very interesting possibility: that McCain won’t accept the nomination, or the party won’t really give it to him officially in September, because he can’t win.

This is sort of scary, but we should keep in mind that the sword cuts both ways. It just can’t be an advantage for the Republicans to bust out their candidate in September and at the same time a disadvantage for us had Hillary taken the Demo bid to the convention.
