moonlet: I’m not sure why everyone complained about the topless Miley Cyrus photo; this is from the same issue of Vanity Fair, and yes, that is her father. Looking at this, it soothes me to think of Billy Ray getting the stuffing kicked out of him by the really big guy in Mulholland Drive.
